We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Game Brain Electronics. Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to the refunded amount. The unit must be returned undamaged in its original received condition with all original packing, paperwork and accessories. Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

120 Day Warranty Coverage

Your product has been reconditioned, thoroughly tested and cleaned. The unit may show slight cosmetic imperfections (as is typical with reconditioned items) but is guaranteed to be 100% functional and includes a 90 day working guarantee/warranty. Game Brain cannot guarantee that the original retail packaging will be included with the product however rest assured that the product will be sufficiently packaged so this will have no affect upon the condition of the unit upon arrival to your doorstep.

In the rare and unfortunate event that one of our products exhibits technical deficiencies within the coverage period, we will be more than happy to provide repair or initiate an exchange for a fully functional unit. Just email us at service@gamebrainelectronics.com to procure an RMA number and return shipping instructions and we’ll take it from there!

Warranty Details

Jeddy Holdings, LLC ("Jeddy") d/b/a "Game Brain Electronics" warrants to the original product or service purchaser ('the Customer') that Jeddy's product or service shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. Jeddy's sole obligations under this warranty shall be to either 1.) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts at no cost to Customer 2.) replace the product with a similarly refurbished, guaranteed functional product at no cost to Customer (subject to Customer’s prior return of the problematic product(s)) or 3.) refund the value of the product(s) less original shipping fees either paid by Customer or paid by Jeddy. The aforementioned recourse shall be selected at Jeddy’s sole discretion. Once Customer returns the product(s) experiencing technical difficulties and Jeddy opts to supply Customer with a replacement product of equal value and guaranteed functionality hereunder, such original technically deficient product shall become the property of Jeddy and replacement product shall become the property of Customer. Jeddy shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media whether occurring in transit or in connection with Jeddy’s repair services. At Jeddy’s sole discretion, warranty services shall be denied if Jeddy’s warranty seal and/or serial number sticker has been forcibly removed, altered, defaced and/or tampered with by the Customer

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

The duration of any implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, on this product shall be limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. In no event shall Jeddy be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise with respect to this product, except as set forth herein. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to 1.) damage to the product resulting from improper maintenance or repair by a third party other than Jeddy 2.) the use or installation of parts and/or accessories that are not compatible with the original intended use of the product by a third party provider other than Jeddy (including so called "mods," expansions and/or upgrades) 3.) the failure to follow product warnings and usage instructions whether furnished to Customer with their purchase or available for procurement via the world wide web 4.) Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product including so called "wear and tear."

Warranty Service Redemption

For service under this warranty, Customer must notify Jeddy in writing to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. When requesting your written RMA, you must specify in writing the product or service in question by order number, description of product(s), description of technical difficulty and date of purchase(s). Customer shall pay the shipping costs back to the service center and Jeddy shall pay the shipping costs back to the Customer. E-mail for all warranty and technical/support related issues:

Shipping Policy

While we usually ship next business day after an order is received (and sometimes same business day), please allow for a 3-5 business day handling time. Packages will be shipped via UPS ground or Fed Ex residential or commercial ground mail and tracking number will be sent to the supplied email address upon shipping of the product. We reserve the right to utilize a different carrier at our discretion (buyer will not be charged an additional fee in connection with any shipping carrier change). Shipping insurance is not included but can be added for an additional cost upon request.
