What’s the fastest and easiest way to get my console repaired?
Don’t worry….the process is a snap!
Just click the "Repair Services" bubble above and you'll be quickly and clearly walked through the entire process!
What does the repair cost?
CHEAP! Red Ring of Death, E-74 and other common errors run $74.99 INCLUDING FREE RETURN SHIPPING OF THE CONSOLE BACK TO YOU! Disc Drive related errors run $84.99, again including FREE RETURN SHIPPING OF THE CONSOLE BACK TO YOU. The repair itself in most cases is less than the cost of a brand new game! No one with our level of repair expertise offers rates THIS CHEAP!
Wait, can you explain that FREE RETURN SHIPPING thing again?
Sure! The fee that you pay will INCLUDE the cost of us shipping the repaired unit back to you. You just then need to ship the broken unit to us yourself OR we can even email you a Fed Ex label for an additional fee that will cover the cost of shipping the broken unit TO us. More on that below or just follow the instructions for the repair service by clicking
here and it will walk you right through your options!
What are the different system errors that you can repair?
The better question is….what can’t we repair?
We can professionally and permanently correct any and all of the following:
• Red Ring of Death (RROD)
• E-74 System Error
• All Disc Read Errors ("open tray, unplayable disc, stuck on "reading," etc.)
• Stuck Tray
• Slow Loading
• E-73 System Error
•E-71 system error
How quickly will my console be repaired?
FAST! VERY FAST! Most consoles are repaired the same day that they are received and ship out to you within 1-2 business days thereafter!
Beats sending it to Microsoft, paying out the nose AND waiting 6-8 weeks to receive your console back!
How do I package the console?
- You can use any box from around the house, as long as you remove prior mailing labels, any alcohol labels or “hazardous” markings
- Send only the console, no hard drive or accessories
- Make sure the console is well protected (we suggest bubble wrap, shipping peanuts or even newspaper…as long as the console doesn’t shake around too much in transit)
- Include a print out of the order information that will be emailed to you once you complete our quick and easy online "checkout" process (click here to start the process)
- Use durable shipping tape to close the box (scotch tape won’t do)
- If you purchase a Fed Ex label from us, place the shipping label you printed on the box (tape it on well so it won’t come off in transit but be sure the bar code on the label is not covered!)
How do I send the console to you?
If you printed out a Fed Ex shipping label from us:
- See ABOVE regarding packaging the console
- Bring the box to any local Fed Ex/Kinko’s or mailing store/depot that accepts Fed Ex and hand them the box and YOU’RE DONE! (Or Call Fed Ex at 1-800-Go-FED-EX and they’ll do a pick up the next day for free!)
If you are sending the console yourself:
- See ABOVE regarding packaging the console
- Bring the box to the post office, a local UPS store, a local Fed-Ex Kinko’s store or any local mailing depot/store and tell them you need to ship the box.
- Provide the address we supply via the “checkout” process for the repair service and pay the shipping fee. We then do the rest!
Why are your rates so much cheaper than any one else’s?
We believe that you should not have to pay out the nose to get a high quality, durable repair performed on your console. Not only do we guarantee the absolute best and most durable repair, but we’d rather see you pay less for more and spend the hard earned money saved on a brand new game. Wouldn’t you agree? If not, feel free to send twice the amount of money…we’ll happily accept. Just kidding!
Do I need to include cables and hard drive?
NO! Your problem is within the console, not with the accessories. Send the console only and be "100% sure" to detach the external hard drive from the unit before you send it out!
Do I have to pay up front for the repair service?
No! You’re specifically offered the option during the checkout process to defer the billing for the repair until after we receive the unit and successfully complete the repair. Under those circumstances, we’ll call or email you upon completion of the repair and arrange payment when the unit is ready to ship back to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards. We also accept cash, money orders or personal checks. If you’d like to send cash, a money order or check, feel free to call or email us and we’ll get you an estimate for the repair so you can include that chosen method of payment with the console when you send it in to us.
What if I don’t want to use the Fed Ex pre-paid label option…can I ship the console to you myself?
Absolutely! We offer the self-shipping option in our repair service "checkout" process. Just click
HERE and follow the instructions to get our mailing address and send away!
Why should I select the Fed Ex pre-paid shipping option as opposed to shipping it myself with USPS or UPS?
We do a massive amount of business with Fed Ex so we get volume discounts on shipping. We then offer these discounted Fed Ex shipping labels to our valued repair customers. Chances are that the rates we get are significantly better than the rate you would get if you chose to ship the console yourself.
I don’t have a printer. Can I still purchase a Fed Ex shipping label from you?
Unfortunately, no. You will need a printer (or access to a printer) in order to utilize our Fed Ex label service.
How will I know when my console has shipped back to me?
Chances are that you have played your Xbox for so many hours on end and you two have forged such a deep relationship that the Xbox will communicate telepathically with you, letting you know when its on its way back. For everyone else, we’ll provide a Fed Ex tracking number as soon as the console is shipped back.
What if my console can’t be repaired?
In the rare and unfortunate case that this happens, we’ll just throw it out the window. Just kidding. In such circumstances, we can offer you a deal on one of our deeply discounted refurbished machines. Your sales/account manager will explain in greater detail if/when the time comes.
Are there any additional fees?
NOPE! What you see on the site is what you get. If anything is going to deviate from this pricing structure (ie another problem is discovered when we receive the machine), we’ll be sure to contact you and make you aware but in 99% of all cases, it is just as noted on the site!
What is the warranty period on my repaired console?
We offer a worry free 120 day warranty period on all repairs. For more information on the warranty and the mumbo jumbo our attorneys said we needed to include, click
HERE.
My console has been opened before. Can you still repair it?

Faster than it will take you to solve all the riddles in “Batman: Arkham Asylum.” Your consoles will be turned around in about 1-2 business days whether or not you send us 1 or you send us 20!
Couldn’t I just get my local repair shop to repair my console?
You could…but do you want someone who does not have our level of experience specifically with Xbox 360 repairs really using your console as their “test subject?” We’ve been successfully repairing Xbox consoles for 3+ years and employ the most durable and time tested techniques to ensure that your Xbox is brought back to fully functional condition. There’s no learning curve here…we’ve repaired tens of thousands of consoles and know that we can bring yours back to life properly THE FIRST TIME.
